Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract, which generally means you are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. If you are using the site on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Our products

We sell physical goods. Product images are representative. We aim to describe materials, dimensions, and colours accurately, but screens render colour differently and small variation between items is normal and not a fault.

We may update, correct, or discontinue any product at any time. A product being listed does not guarantee it will remain available.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and collected at checkout as required by law. Shipping is a flat $8.00 and is free on orders over $75.00.

Prices can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and contact you for a corrected price. We will never charge you more than the price shown at checkout without your agreement.

Payment is taken by a third-party processor at the time of ordering. An order is not confirmed until payment is authorised.

4. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation of receipt is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. A contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel any order, and refund you in full, if:

• the item is out of stock or unavailable;
• we cannot verify your payment;
• the shipping address is undeliverable or outside the United States;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a reselling attempt;
• the order is obviously a mistake and we cannot reconcile it.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting it, and contact us quickly if you need to change or cancel.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship only to the United States (including PO, APO and FPO addresses). We do not ship internationally. Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, but a parcel lost in transit will be replaced or refunded. See our Shipping & Returns page for full detail.

6. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the item. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to harm anyone;
• submit false, fraudulent, or misleading order information;
• attempt to access the admin area, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the site’s operation;
• scrape, resell, or reproduce our content, images, or branding without permission;
• place an unreasonable number of orders for the purpose of disrupting service.

We may block access, cancel orders, or report suspected abuse where the law allows.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, and product images belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the site and buy products for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing else is transferred.

9. Reviews and content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm you own it and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or factually wrong.

10. Third-party links

If we link to another site we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information will always be accurate or current.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under applicable consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or any order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier issues, outages, or acts of nature.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of a third party’s rights.

14. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled exclusively by the state or federal courts located in [YOUR STATE], and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have to bring a claim in the place you live under applicable consumer law.

16. Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or placing an order after a change means you accept the updated terms. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.
